Your browser must have permission to access your device's location. If you tapped Block or Don't Allow previously, follow the steps below to re-enable it.

 iPhone / iPad (Safari)
  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap Privacy & Security → Location Services
  3. Make sure Location Services is turned On
  4. Scroll down and tap Safari (or Chrome if using Chrome)
  5. Select While Using the App
  6. Return here and tap Get My Location again
📱 Android (Chrome)
  1. Open Settings → Apps → Chrome
  2. Tap Permissions → Location
  3. Select Allow only while using the app
  4. Return here and tap Get My Location again
